We're located at 97 Ferry Road in Hancock, perched on the edge of Passamaquoddy Bay. It's a peaceful, residential stretch — no traffic lights, no crowds, just water and pine trees. And yet you're only minutes from everything worth seeing.

Lazy Acres Cottage started as a simple idea: there had to be a better way to experience the Maine coast than squeezing into a cramped hotel room or driving through town just to find a place to sleep.
We bought this property because of the water — the way the bay catches light at dawn, the rhythm of the tides, the silence that comes with being a little bit off the main road. We renovated every room with care, choosing materials that age well and furniture that invites you to stay awhile.
